Terms and Conditions
Preamble
1. These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed between Washer PT, LDA, with headquarters at Av. Portugal 65, Iº Dto, 2790-131 Carnaxide, tax identification number 517609088 and contact +35l 9l43l5O9l, hereinafter referred to as “Washer” or “COMPANY”, and individuals who wish to make purchases through the website www.washer.pt and respective applications, hereinafter referred to as “User”.
2. The parties agree that the services provided through the website www.washer.pt and respective applications will be governed exclusively by this contract, to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website.
Article 1 – Object
1. These general terms and conditions of service aim to provide and define all the necessary information to the User regarding the payment methods and provision of the service, carried out on the website www.washer.pt and respective applications.
2. These conditions regulate all the necessary steps to carry out the acquisition and ensure the follow-up of this service provision to the User.
Article 2 – Service Request
1. The User places their service request by completing the purchase process presented on the website www.washer.pt and respective applications.
2. To request a service, the User must:
a) Register on the website www.washer.pt or respective applications, providing the requested information.
b) Log in
c) Complete the information and choose the options made available to them throughout the service request process.
3. The final confirmation of the order by the User constitutes full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products/services available for provision, as well as these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.
4. The COMPANY will honor orders received online. In the event of unavailability of the service provision, the COMPANY undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.
5. The data on the invoice are the sole responsibility of the User. The invoice, once issued, cannot be reissued with changes.
Article 3 – Payment
1. On the website www.washer.pt or respective applications, the COMPANY offers the User the following payment methods via Easypay – Instituição de Pagamento Lda:
a) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
b) MBWay;
2. In the case of payment by credit card, the debit will be made on the User’s card immediately after confirmation of the service provision capacity. If any of the ordered services cannot be provided, the value of those services will be credited to the User’s card after the order is closed.
Article 4 – Provision and Consumption
1. The service will be made available after confirmation of the payment made.
Article 5 – Prices
1. Prices must be understood in Euros, with taxes and fees included, taking into account the VAT in force on the date of payment of the order.
2. In the event of an increase in the prices of any service, the User will be informed immediately and may choose to continue their order (by paying the difference) or to cancel it.
Article 6 – Cancellation and Refund
1. The cancellation or refund process is handled immediately by RELATO PONTUAL – LDA. The request must be made directly in the application within 2 minutes, or by making a payment after that time, and the instructions for cancellation or refund of the paid amount will be provided and defined by the COMPANY, through the same means of communication.
2. Whenever possible, the refund should be made through the same payment method, but if not possible, the user must provide proof of payment and ownership of the account or card, so that the refund can be made by bank transfer.
3. The COMPANY undertakes to refund the User within a maximum period of 7 days.
Article 7 – Privacy Policy
The processing of your data is carried out in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data. The data, subject to computer processing, will be included in the COMPANY’s database(s) and are intended for registration and presentation of other products and services, as well as institutional information, to be provided by the same.
Its provision is optional and, in accordance with the law, the right of access, rectification, and cancellation of any data directly concerning you is guaranteed, personally or in writing, directly to the address indicated on the homepage of this website.
